In-car Radio Key

By default GTA:SA settings, the in-car radio key will be R on the keyboard (or mousewheel down). The name for this key inside the GTA:SA key configuration is: "Previous Radio Station"  The in-car radio key is used to access the Radio UI in order to change the radio frequency while in a vehicle.
